Refund policy
We have a 5-day return policy, which means you have 5days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

At VoltSphere, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your order, we offer a 14-day return policy from the date of delivery.
ELIGIBILITY FOR RETURNS

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
The following items cannot be returned:

• Hazardous materials or flammable liquids
• Items marked as final sale or clearance
• Gift cards or digital products
• Products damaged due to misuse or improper handling
HOW TO INITIATE A RETURN
To start a return:

2. Provide your order number and reason for return
3. Include photos if the item is defective or damaged
4. Wait for our return authorization and instructions
We will review your request within 24-48 business hours and provide return shipping instructions if approved.
RETURN SHIPPING
• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective, damaged, or we made an error with your order
• We recommend using a trackable shipping service for returns
• VoltSphere is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit
• For defective or incorrect items, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label
INSPECTION AND PROCESSING
Once we receive your returned item:
• We will inspect it within 2-3 business days
• You will be notified via email once the inspection is complete
• If approved, your refund will be processed
REFUNDS
• Refunds are issued within 5 business days after approval
• Refunds are credited to your original payment method
• Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account (depending on your bank or card issuer)
• Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error
• If you received free shipping, the actual shipping cost may be deducted from your refund
EXCHANGES
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size, color, or product, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.
DEFECTIVE OR DAMAGED ITEMS
If you receive a defective or damaged product:

• Provide your order number and clear photos of the damage
• We will arrange a replacement or full refund, including return shipping costs
• Claims must be made within 48 hours of delivery
INTERNATIONAL RETURNS
International customers are responsible for:

• Ensuring items comply with customs regulations for return shipment
EU CUSTOMER RIGHTS
Customers in the European Union have a 14-day cooling-off period during which they may return items for any reason. This right begins on the day you receive your order.
LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS
