VoltSphere is committed to delivering your orders safely and efficiently. Please review our shipping policy for important information about processing times, delivery, and shipping costs.

PROCESSING TIME

• Orders are processed within 1-3 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding public holidays)
• Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day
• You will receive an order confirmation email immediately after purchase
• A shipping confirmation email with tracking information will be sent once your order ships

SHIPPING TIMES

Estimated delivery times begin after the processing period:

DOMESTIC SHIPPING (Pakistan):
• Standard Shipping: 3-5 business days
• Delivery times may vary based on your location and local courier conditions

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:
• Standard International: 7-15 business days
• Delivery times vary by destination country and customs processing
• Remote or rural areas may experience longer delivery times

Please note: These are estimated timeframes and not guaranteed delivery dates. Actual delivery may vary due to factors beyond our control.

SHIPPING COSTS

• Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location, package weight, and selected shipping method
• Free shipping promotions, if available, will be displayed at checkout
• International orders may be subject to additional customs duties, taxes, or fees imposed by the destination country

TRACKING YOUR ORDER

• All orders include tracking information
• Tracking numbers are sent via email once your order ships
• You can track your order using the tracking number on our Track Order page or the courier's website
• Please allow 24-48 hours for tracking information to update after shipment

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS & CUSTOMS

• International customers are responsible for all customs duties, import taxes, and brokerage fees
• These charges are determined by your country's customs authority and are not included in our shipping costs
• VoltSphere has no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount
• Customs clearance procedures vary by country and may cause delivery delays
• Refusal to pay customs fees may result in the package being returned; customers are responsible for return shipping costs

SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS

We currently ship to most countries worldwide. However, certain products may have shipping restrictions based on:
• Local regulations and import laws
• Carrier limitations
• Product type (batteries, electronics, etc.)

If we cannot ship to your location, you will be notified during checkout.

INCORRECT OR INCOMPLETE ADDRESSES

• Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping addresses
• VoltSphere is not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer
• Address changes must be requested within 2 hours of order placement by contacting voltsphere.store@gmail.com
• Once an order has shipped, addresses cannot be changed

DELIVERY ISSUES

LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES:
• If tracking shows your package was delivered but you didn't receive it, please check with neighbors or building management
• Contact us within 48 hours at voltsphere.store@gmail.com
• We will work with the carrier to investigate and resolve the issue

DAMAGED PACKAGES:
• Inspect your package upon delivery
• If the package appears damaged, take photos immediately
• Contact us within 48 hours at voltsphere.store@gmail.com with your order number and photos
• We will arrange a replacement or refund

DELIVERY DELAYS

VoltSphere is not responsible for shipping delays caused by:
• Customs processing and inspections
• Courier service disruptions
• Natural disasters, weather conditions, or force majeure events
• Incorrect address information provided by the customer
• Public holidays or peak shipping seasons
• International shipping restrictions or regulations

If your order is significantly delayed, please contact us and we will assist in tracking your shipment.

UNDELIVERABLE PACKAGES

If a package is returned to us as undeliverable due to an incorrect address, refused delivery, or unclaimed package:
• You will be notified via email
• Refunds will be issued minus original shipping costs and any return shipping fees
• Reshipment is available at the customer's expense
